1. Service scope

Planian Poll is a web service that helps organizers create a scheduling request, share it by link, collect responses, and confirm a final date. First-time visitors can use a limited guest mode without signing in.

2. Account responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for the requests and data created under their account. If account leakage is suspected, they must notify the operator promptly.

3. Prohibited activity

Repeatedly submitting false information or infringing on others' rights
Automation, excessive requests, or security bypass attempts that disrupt service
Mass distribution or unauthorized commercial usage unrelated to the intended workflow

4. Changes and suspension

Features and data structures may change as the service evolves. Access may be temporarily restricted if a serious issue is detected.

5. Ads, Plus, and refunds

The service includes a free mode and a paid Plus plan. Public pages and the bottom of the management view may include ads or sponsor placements in free mode, and Plus removes them. Refund review rules follow the refund policy page.
