Refund Policy

1. Current status

Planian Poll is operated with a free mode and a paid Plus plan.

2. Baseline

Refund requests are reviewed only when they are submitted within 14 days of payment. Submission within 14 days does not guarantee approval.

3. Review factors

• Whether there was a duplicate charge or a clearly accidental charge
• Whether a core product issue blocked normal use right after payment
• Actual usage and the value already delivered
