Current scope

Planian Poll currently focuses on the core scheduling workflow: public request creation, response collection, structured notes, CSV/PDF export, and management inside the admin workspace.

1. Public request creation

Anyone can create a simple scheduling request without logging in and immediately see the full flow.

2. Response collection

Participants open a link, choose their available dates, and submit without creating an account or installing an app.

3. Structured notes

Each request can store handoff notes, special notes, reasons, and outcome notes, alongside optional notes from respondents.

4. Export and handoff

You can export Excel-friendly CSV files and printable reports for PDF save, paper handoff, and fax-oriented workflows.

5. Admin workspace

After signing in, operators manage requests, response rate, pending participants, and final dates from the workspace.
