Why this page exists
This FAQ collects the questions that usually matter first: how guest use works, when banners appear, what Plus changes, and how request locking behaves after closing.
Do participants need an account?
No. Participants only need the request link, their name selection, and the available dates they want to submit.
What can guest mode do?
Guest mode lets a new visitor create request links within a limited quota and see the real response and management flow without signing in first.
When do sponsor banners appear?
Sponsor banners or internal upsell cards can appear on public document pages and some management surfaces while operating in the free range.
What changes with Plus?
Plus removes sponsor banners and is intended for recurring use beyond the smaller free operating range.
Can I edit a request after closing it?
No. Closed or archived requests are locked for new replies and final-date changes, so the organizer should confirm details before locking the request.
Which languages are supported?
Planian Poll currently supports Korean, Japanese, and English, with locale selection based on region, browser language, and the language switcher.
